We Started Young

The 1990s was a transformative era, characterised by a blend of technological innovation, cultural shifts and a new wave of social consciousness.

For the youth of that decade, it was a time of exploration, rebellion and self-expression.

Through the eyes of a teenager who lived, laughed, ducked and dived his way through these years with like-minded friends, We Started Young offers a refreshingly honest yet humorous insight into that era, sharing some of the adventures and experiences that shaped his life, thoughts and opinions about why this period – the turning point of society as we knew it – will go down in history as magical.

This book offers a nostalgic and comprehensive look at the 1990s and early noughties, capturing the spirit of a time that continues to resonate with those who lived through it and fascinates those who came after it
