The Starting Point (Paperback or Softback)

What if everything you thought made you a Christian… was not enough?
You go to church. You pray. You give. You serve. But deep down, a quiet question lingers,
"Am I truly right with God?"
If that question has ever crossed your mind, this book was written for you.

The Starting Point by Dr. (Mrs.) Vera Ndidi Sam-Dike is a bold, honest, and deeply compassionate book that cuts through religious tradition, church titles, and good intentions to address the one truth that determines every person's eternal destiny ...being born again.
Not as a cliché. Not as a church phrase.
But as the living, life-changing foundation of a real relationship with Jesus Christ.

The author is a lawyer. And she builds her case the way only a legal mind can methodically, powerfully, and with evidence drawn entirely from the Word of God. Every argument is airtight. Every chapter brings you closer to a verdict you must reach for yourself. Using the timeless encounter between Jesus and Nicodemus in John Chapter 3 as her anchor, Dr. Sam-Dike dismantles one of the biggest lies in modern Christianity, the idea that religious activity, moral goodness, or church membership is the same as salvation.

Inside these pages, you will discover:

1. Why being born into a Christian family does not make you a Christian
2. Why pastors, bishops, priests, politicians, and presidents all share the same starting point
3. What it truly means to be "born of water and of the Spirit" and why most people misunderstand it
4. The powerful story of Nicodemus a highly respected religious leader who realised everything he knew about God was not enough
5. The difference between seeing the Kingdom of God and entering it and why so many believers stop at the wrong level
6. What awaits every soul that refuses God's offer of salvation and why there is still time to choose differently
7. Practical, Spirit-filled guidance for new believers on how to grow, stand firm, and live a truly victorious Christian life

This book is for you if:

• You have been attending church for years but have never truly surrendered your life to Christ
• You are an unbeliever who is curious, searching, or tired of empty religion
• You are a new believer who wants a solid foundation for your faith
• You are a minister, leader, or worker in the church who needs to return to the basics
• You are someone who has drifted away from God and is looking for a way back

No matter your background, your nationality, your past, or your sins this book meets you exactly where you are.

1. God is not asking for your perfection.
2. He is not asking for your performance.
3. He is asking for you completely, sincerely, and from the very beginning.

Because before anything else can be built, there must first be a foundation. And that foundation has a name.
That name is Jesus Christ. And this is where everything starts.
"For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ."
1 Corinthians 3:11
The Starting Point is not just a book.
It is an invitation.
One that could change your life and your eternity forever.
