SARAH ELTON researches food systems as an assistant professor and Eakin Chair in Critical Qualitative Health Research Methodology at the University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of Public Health. Previously, she worked as a journalist, covering food and the environment, and writing books such as the bestsellers, Locavore and Consumed. She lives in Toronto, Ontario.
