About the Author
Joyce Logan is a motivational speaker and a self proclaimed recovering anxiety addict. She holds a Doctorate in metaphysical philosophy from The American Institute of Holistic Theology in Youngstown, OH and is a Certified Hypnotherapist from The National Guild of Hypnotists in NH. She also founded "The Wellness Center" in Connecticut, which she presided over for many years. She has written columns in various magazines about overcoming fears and relaxation techniques. Joyce is most passionate about this book as it's partly about her own life, her mother's struggle with panic attacks and agoraphobia, and inspiring stories of those she personally worked with and helped overcome their fears. People have asked her for years to write a book so they could keep her words nearby or pass on to others; and this is it!
