Included with this volume is a bit of associated ephemera: an illustrated tri-fold flier/stationary from the Concessions office of the Missouri-Centennial Exposition and State Fair in Sedalia, August 8-20 1921. The front page is a letter from E.L. Gardner, Superintendent of Concessions, to a Mr. Thomas Gerber, explaining the terms of a space for selling music at the fair.
