Monika Mokre is vice-director of the EIF. Michael Latzer is research fellow at the Institute for Technology Assessment, Austrian Academy of Sciences.

Cornelia Bruell and Monika Mokre are researchers at the Institute for European Integration Research in Vienna. Markus Pausch is a researcher at the Centre for Futures Studies in Salzburg, Austria.
