ESTC citation numberT5783. Though it is stated that this is by Pope, the attribution is false, though it is not known who it is by.'Endymion: or, the Universal Satirist', published by H. Carpenter in London in 1748. ESTC citation numberT202613.'The Castle of Indolence: an Allegorical Poem', by James Thomson, published by George and Alexander Ewing in Dublin in 1748. This appears to be a scarce edition, as the ESTC states editions of this year in multiple volumes, whereas this edition appears to be complete in one volume.'The Foundling.
