State of the Union

Judy is a single parent. She is also a highly respected law professor. When she nominates John Swain as a prospective candidate for dean, she discovers she has found her soul mate... With all the confidence and security true love brings, they work together as a team in their quest to become president and vice-president of the United States, determined to unite the country's people and make the American dream a reality. Some of the legal wrangles that appear in 'State of the Union' reflect those of the 2000 presidential election. Jerry Phillips set the tone for the politico-legal climate that characterizes our times.
