Laid in is an additional seven-page report by William C. Prescott. Wrappers are completely split along spine and separated from text block; moderate chipping to edges; mild soiling. String binding holding the text block is tight. Interior has very light foxing and faint dampstaining to bottom edges of pages. This pamphlet touts the value of a for-sale mining property in Gold Hill, Nevada. A solid reading copy of a scarce item. $100; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall.
