Staying Motivated

This book is an interactive and engaging view of yourself and own limiting beliefs. It challenges you to question everything and investigate your motivation for achieving any goal, it all comes down to the 'why' as the 'why' in anything you do will determine just how successful you will be in your conquests. This book is based on the experiences and observations of the author but does not diminish its overall message and value.
