This system is well propounded by late Prof. Krishna Murthy of Chennai (India) in 20th century. It has become popular by his name as "Krishnamurthy Paddathi ". Thus the system is popularly called as "K.P.System". This system was seriously criticized, in earlier days, by many classical astrologers mainly for few reasons viz., that Prof.Krishna Murthy has evolved a short cut method due to his ardent devotion (upasana) to Lord Ganesha.
