JENNIFER LIBERTS is the author of numerous children's books, many in the Step Into Reading line, including Phonics Patrol (Paw Patrol) Boxed Set; Go, Go, Cars!; Go, Go, Trucks!, and many more. She grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Agoura, California. She has a BA in English literature from California State University, an MFA in poetry from Columbia University, and an MSW from Portland State University. She has worked as a children's book editor, an English teacher, and an independent bookseller, and social worker. She lives in Portland, Oregon, with her three book-loving children, and an orange cat named Chuck.
