If I Should Step On Your Toes (Just Say Ouch!)

Pierre D. Perry, author of "The Voice of Blackness" and five other collections of poetry, returns with his seventh book of poems. And this time the title speaks for itself. "If I Should Step On Your Toes...Just Say Ouch!" is a straight shooting, tell-it-like-it-is, take it or leave it, collection of poetry. This time around Perry really steps on the toes of a lot of people. No one is safe from this unsung fighter of justice, freedom, and equality. Once again Mr. Perry shines a light on dark issues in today's society. With poems like "America's True Colors" and "The Skin I'm In", Perry will offend some people, while at the same time, making some people proud. But regardless of how you feel about what you are reading, you will find this collection of poetry to be a hard book to put down.

Pierre D. Perry was born on April 17, 1965, in Louisburg, North Carolina. He is a U.S. Navy veteran, and the proud father of two daughters. He is the author of 7 books of poetry. He is currently working on his next book.
