About the Author

Henry Swallow lives in Spain where he has resided since 1989. He studied art but changed careers to Architecture and Engineering when he realised there was little profit in that profession. In 2003 he took up writing during his recovery from Pneumonia, using pen and paper and, later, a typewriter. Having avoided computers and the Internet for most of his working life he has become a late convert and now uses them extensively for writing and research. After trying his hand at writing a screenplay he chose to concentrate on novels. He has no specific genre and is currently completing a trilogy of Science Fiction, a Romantic Mystery and a book of verse as well as the 'Harry Old Mystery' series. He has also written a short non-fiction work with a humorous, yet serious look at internet dating. He began writing this series of 'Harry Old' novels in 2008 and whose nickname 'HO' was inspired by that of a neighbour. He has completed three titles of a projected ten books with two more to follow shortly and others as works in progress. He now spends his time travelling across Europe researching material for future titles in the 'Harry Old Mystery' series and other novels.
