The cover has black cloth. The content is in three parts, has b/w photos and figures, and has appendices and a bib. The back side of the half-title page has a gift inscription with a date in 2005. The ink is dark and shows through to the front side of the page. Laid-in is a publication, Another Perspective, Third Quarter 1998. The first two pages are a tribute to Dr. Lars Leksell. DJ: The spine strip and front and back panels have tanned to dark brown. The top end of the spine strip has a linear 1/2 in. chip. Most of the ends of folds are a little frayed.
