Steven the Bear Learns How to Camp is a fun camping story with Steven and his friends, “the Bear Bunch.”
Steven and his friends learn how to enjoy nature without harming it using a few of the principles of Leave No Trace (LNT). They hike, meet new friends, camp under the stars, and enjoy the outdoors in this fun-loving adventure. A great read aloud picture book, with fun life lessons and beautiful illustrations.

About the Author
Steven the Bear Learns How to Camp is Scott Hall’s second book in the Steven the Bear series containing real life adventures he has had with his amazing wife (Gigi), four fantastic sons, and now five grandkids. Scott is not the typical author kind of guy. He was blessed to have served his country as an Air Force Fighter Pilot with 28 years of service. It has been on Scott’s heart to share Steven with the world. His son, Ryan, “invented” Steven one day telling stories to his three children. Scott was lucky enough to use Steven for his own stories that are now coming to life. Steven’s adventures are from true events from Scott’s family camping trips, hikes, and life in general. He is also known for lots of corny Dad/Bear jokes (his grandkids call him Bear). Scott lives in San Diego, CA.
Madison Brake is an illustrator, scribbler, and cat fan currently surviving in the swamplands of Florida. She draws inspiration from animals, fairy tales, and the natural world. Connect with Madison on Instagram @mad_brake or on her website https://www.madisonbrake.com/.
