The Stickle Maker Never Makes Mistakes

The Stickle Maker Never Makes Mistakes is a heartwarming Christian children’s book about purpose, identity, and the beauty of working together the way God designed. When the Stickles discover one member of their community who looks “different,” they begin to wonder if the Stickle Maker made a mistake. Their confusion quickly turns into judgment and rejection—until a surprising turn of events shows them that what they thought was a flaw is actually the very gift God planned to help save them.

Through engaging storytelling and vibrant illustrations, this inspirational picture book helps children understand that they are wonderfully made, deeply loved, and created with intention. As the Stickles learn to appreciate their differences and rely on one another, young readers discover the power of unity, compassion, and trusting God’s perfect design.

This is the second book in The Stickle Adventures, a faith-based series designed to help kids learn how to love God, love people, and live with joyful purpose. Whether enjoyed during bedtime, family devotions, Sunday school, or in the classroom, this story opens the door to meaningful conversations about identity, acceptance, and God’s plan for every child.

Children and families will learn:

• God creates every child on purpose and without mistakes
• Differences are intentional and essential to God’s plan
• Being a bully or judging others can blind us to the gifts God has placed in them
• Working together brings strength, joy, and unity
• Valuing God's design for each person is the antidote to peer pressure & bullying
• Seeing ourselves and others through God’s eyes builds confidence and compassion

The best way to build a child's confidence is to build their God-confidence, not their self-confidence. When they know God loves them, designed them for a purpose, and is on their side - nothing can take their value away!!! Knowing how deeply valuable God made you is the ultimate antidote to peer-pressure, social anxiety, and bullying. It's the path to vibrant friendships and healthy relationships with their family and peers.

Perfect for ages 4–12, parents, grandparents, churches, Christian schools, and homeschool families looking for uplifting Christian books that teach values, identity, and biblical truth.
