About the Author

Dr. Ruby Harvey is the Assistant Pastor of Ebenezer Christian Assembly in Saint Louis, Missouri where she works diligently in ministry with her husband Pastor L.J. Harvey. In 1996, Dr. Ruby J. Harvey founded ICAM (I Care About Myself) Ministries, a ministry centered around helping people with low self esteem, inner hurts, pain from the past, and much more. Many people have been delivered through this ministry.Dr. Ruby J. Harvey has been preaching and teaching the word of God for over 41 years. She obtained a Masters degree in Christian counseling from International Bible College and a Doctorate degree from Saints Academy Bible College. Currently she resides in St. Louis MO with her family and is involved in Outreach and Christian growth ministries.
