No date but small neat inscription ep dated 1928. Green stiff card covers with black line drawings around coloured pastedown illustration of Mingo. Titles top and bottom in black. 143 pages printed on one side only. Illustration facing printed page throughout. Very clean - the only minus is that some awful child has splogged brown paint on the illustrated eps, in the font. There is a 1" split between front and back covers and spine.
