The front cover is in very good condition with a rubbing on the two corners, top and bottom. The back cover has some real light writing on it and the corners show a little bit more and you can see the board under the burgundy cover. The spine is in very good condition. The pages are tight with no tears. Some writing on the front inside cover and some crayon on the opposite page. Otherwise the pages are clean.
