"Fourth Edition, September 1946" stated. Very good plus plus, if not near fine 91 page, 9 inch by 6 inch wraps/paperback. Minor wear to 1 inch of heel of spine; moderate, if not minor fading to approximately 50% of front cover; and printed name of previous owner (2 inch by 1/4 inch) on first page. Only minor, if not trivial additional signs of age/wear/previous use. 'Map of East Hawaii' attached at rear and 'Map of Kilauea Region' detatched with trivial flaws to corners.

Terms of sale
We require payment up front in the form of cash, credit card, PayPal, or money order. Please contact us by phone or email with any questions regarding payment. We do not invoice indivuals. Money orders will be held for 5 business days or until funds clear. Customer pays reasonable shipping/insurance. Orders are returnable with persmission, but refunds apply only to cost of book and tax (in CA), not to shipping. Sales tax will be charged where applicable.
Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 4 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. We may also need to request extra shipping charges for overseas orders, depending on weight and destination.
