When I first set out to write this book, I never thought it would make it this far. I figured it would be a few short stories for my kids to read when they were old enough. Not so much because I wanted to leave a legacy, but because I've lived through some crazy stuff. I want to not only show them just how nuts it can all get, but how spectacular it can be as well. I hope they are able to find some sort of lesson in it and maybe live a little better because of it.

What ended up happening is the book that you hold in your hands. More than I expected, probably because even I was unaware of everything I had been through until I started telling it.

And, as I told the stories, I came to realize that life is a treasure. I saw just how much I had been through, and all that had almost happened. The times I had been blessed, cursed, and the recipient of pure dumb luck. And, I thought, maybe someone else might like to read this.

Well congratulations, reader, because you now have in your hands one of the strangest lives I have ever had the privilege to live, and I am glad to have you along for the ride.

The author of this book you are reading has been the subject of many layers in life. Love. Happiness. Relationships. Paranormal. Unbelievable. Just dumb luck. He happily resides in a small mountain town, close to the hustle and bustle that all of us endure in our lives. He is happily smitten with his lovely wife of twenty years, who spends her time nurturing and coaching the future leaders of this free world. They have two little beasts that like to suck the time and money out of them. But they would not change it for the world. This world is what we all live and breathe in. It is up to us what we make of it and how we look at it. The author is exploring his own reflection of the world with the hope to get you, the reader, to view your world with a little more compassion, a little more humor, and most importantly, with an open mind
