The lower condition grade of just good is because of severe spotting and loss to the finish of the cloth on the front and spine. The rear board is mostly unaffected except for the edges. Internal binding is good with the only hinge issue being some pulling at page 30/31. Pages are toned due to age and there is some very light spotting and foxing present. Exterior page edges of the textblock also so spotting and foxing. No signatures or bookplates, no handwriting, no library markings.
