Jed DeVaro is the Wang Family Professor of Management and Economics, and Chair of the Department of Economics at California State University, East Bay where he teaches an M.B.A. course in Strategic Compensation and Reward Systems. He is a research fellow at Cornell University's Institute for Compensation Studies, a Senior Research Fellow at the Research Institute for the Finnish Economy, and an editor at IZA World of Labor.
