The Bush Administration's environmental record is explored in a study that reveals how it is dismantling a century of environmental progress and, instead of protecting the nation's natural heritage, how it is exploiting that heritage economically.

He has also served on the boards of the California League of Conservation Voters, Public Voice, the National Clean Air Coalition, California Common Cause, Public Interest Economics, Inc., and Zero Population Growth.
