About the Author: Kevin Grant is a Senior Lecturer at Caledonian Business School, Glasgow Caledonian University. His wide range of specialist expertise includes: systems; information and information systems; strategic information systems planning; innovation systems: IT/IS evaluation and research, teaching, scholarship and consultancy in higher education.
Ray Hackney is Chair in Business Systems and Director of the Doctoral Programme within Brunel University Business School. His research interests are the strategic management of information systems within a variety of organizational contexts, with an increasing speciality in government sectors.
David Edgar is Professor of Strategy and Business Transformation at Caledonian Business School, Glasgow Caledonian University. His areas of research and teaching are strategic managemet, dynamic capabilities, complexity, and innovation. He has worked with a range of organisations on business transformation projects, in particular relating to e-business strategies.
