About the Author

He is now advising and supporting a wide variety of schools in their efforts to improve teaching quality, both working at strategic leadership level and coaching individual teachers in the classroom.

He is well known for his work in the field of teaching and learning styles, having developed a reputation for being prepared to put his ideas into practice on a daily basis. He has done extensive INSET work and is the author of a number of other highly regarded books including Closing the Learning Gap, Lessons are for Learning and Tweak to Transform.
