Strategy, Human resources and Marketing in the third sector: Literature review

This work shows the relevance of strategy in the third setor. This book analyses the importance of the third setor of portugueses SME’s to be conscious of implementing strategic actions on their management decisions. Also shows the relevance that Human resources and marketing have, not only in the decisions that the CEO’s need to make, but also in the current influence that they have with costumers and future users.The work shows an importante literature review of this issues, regarding the combination of the three main topics: strategy, Human resources and Marketing.
