Strategy OS: Implement an Advanced Operating System in Six Simple Steps (Summit OS® Library)

YOUR BUSINESS OPERATING SYSTEM GOT YOU THIS FAR. BUT IT MAY NOT BE ENOUGH TO GET YOU TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

Strategy OS is for ambitious founders, owners, and CEOs who have already built the basics of execution and accountability, but now need a more advanced system for strategy, competitive advantage, and long-term growth.

You already have many of the fundamentals in place. Your team has structure. Your business has goals, direction, and momentum. But growth has started to plateau, strategic thinking feels fragmented, and the tools that once worked are no longer enough.

Most strategy books are hard to apply in the real world. Their ideas may be useful, but they are often too abstract, too fragmented, or too difficult to implement in sequence. Strategy OS turns strategy into a practical operating system leaders can actually use.

Steve Preda distills advanced strategic thinking into a clear six-step framework that helps leaders build a coherent strategy on top of their current business operating system. Instead of disconnected theories, Strategy OS gives you a practical sequence you can explain to your team, apply inside your company, and use to drive real results.

Inside Strategy OS, you’ll learn how to:

• Build a more advanced strategy system on top of your current operating system
• Organize strategic thinking into a practical six-step sequence
• Turn abstract strategy concepts into tools your team can understand and apply
• Improve strategic clarity, competitive positioning, and leadership alignment
• Move beyond repetitive quarterly planning and into higher-level strategic execution

Whether you use EOS, Scaling Up, OKRs, Pinnacle, or another execution framework, Strategy OS helps you add the strategic layer needed to move from disciplined execution to long-term advantage.

Strategy OS is for leaders who have already built a functioning business and now need a stronger strategic system to keep growing. If you want to move beyond execution alone and build a company with sharper strategy, stronger positioning, and more long-term value, this book gives you a clear next step.
