With 25 years' experience, James started his career at Rolls-Royce PLC, later to qualify as a Chartered Professional Mechanical Engineer (CPEng) and recently, as a well-known project leader, as a Certified Practicing Portfolio Executive (CPPE), Certified Practicing Project Director and Capability Director (CPPD & CPCD), Chartered Project Professional (ChPP). James is a globally certified transformation practitioner (AgileSHIFT(R)) and change manager (PROSCI) as well as a globally approved PMO (P3O(R)), program (MSP(R)) and project management (PRINCE2 & PRINCE2 Agile(R)) trainer, coach and mentor. For over 10 years he has led multiple MBA modules in strategy implementation, performed Gateway Reviews and enjoys delivering programs using the methods outlined in this book including the latest digital collaborative technology.
