This 1977 paperback first edition of Street Magic An Illustrated History of Wandering Magicians and Their Conjuring Arts is now in the possession of St Marys Books Beyond the beautiful full colour illustration of street magicians by Laurence Schwinger this book has 157 pages of text offering a lovely history of street magicians peppered with black ink illustrations from various sources and collections This book is in fair to good condition though the inside remains clean and readable there is bumping to the books corners and cracking to its spine as well as splatterings of what appears to be purple ink to its bottom edge This book is looking for a new home and it would make for a lovely gift for any magic historians.
