This is a street map of Westchester County, New York extending as far north as North Tarrytown and Rye Lake. The map is undated, but can be dated in the 1930's by the absence of the Quaker Ridge School in Scarsdale which was built around 1935 on what the grounds of what the map shows as the Broadmoor Country Club.
