Paul E. Tsika II has been in full-time Christian ministry for over 34 years. He completed 10 years of seminary training, earning a Master's Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Paul has served in a variety of ministry roles both inside and outside the local church, from Lead Pastor to Executive Director at Restoration Ranch. He ministers through local and international missions and speaks to businesses and churches across the nation.

Paul's three passions are faith, family, and helping people walk in all God has called them to be. A gifted and engaging communicator, he presents Biblical truth in a clear, concise, and highly applicable way, often paired with humor and authenticity. He married Melanie in 1988, and together they have four children, four children-in-law, and seven grandchildren. Paul currently serves as Senior Pastor at Catalyst Community Church and is actively involved with Paul E. Tsika Ministries.
