Stretching Your Limits 2: Over 30 Step-by-Step Instructions for your Leg Stretcher Flexibility Strap

Stretch your limits with a leg stretcher flexibility strap. Whether you are a dancer, do ballet, gymnastics, yoga or tumbling, the leg stretcher flexibility strap (over the door) can help you stretch to new heights. It uses static stretching to gently stretch you to new lengths, literally!

It was originally for dancers, but makes a great flexibility stunt strap for those wanting to get more flexible for stunts. The flexibility stretching strap has many uses for those in the performing arts and is great for using as a ballet stretch band for dance & gymnastics training.

In Stretching Your Limits 2, you get step-by-step-by-step instructions for over 30 leg stretcher exercises. Get easy to follow instructions modeled by professional dancers . Also included is how to warm up and cool down properly. Learn why to stretch and which type of stretching should be done at which time.

This is a great addition to our first book Stretching Your Limits which focusses on stretches with the ballet stretch bands for flexibility. Since the leg stretcher hooks on the door, these stretches are not the same as in our first book. These stretches work with all flexibility straps including, Stretchmax Superiorstretch, Everstretch, Stunt Stand, Ballet Flex, Federation Flex and Balance Pro. The book is available in both paperback and Kindle edition. It is a long stretch to the top...but we will help you get there!

I am an adventure seeker who loves sports and winning. Getting to the top of a game fascinates me. As an athlete I enjoy teaching others how to get the most out of their ability.

After 25 years of coaching soccer, softball and martial arts, I am putting together new teams; team of authors, illustrators, models, designers and dreamers. I have learned how to build teams as a coach and finding the best team for my books is crucial and invigorating.

This book was fun because we enlisted some current professionals, and up and coming dancers as models. It was an honor to get to work with them, and I look forward to watching their careers! I also so appreciate our readers and look forward to taking them to new heights through our books.
