StrokeWize: Recovery in Colour was created to make stroke recovery guidance easier to understand, gentler to engage with, and more accessible for survivors, carers, families, and the professionals who support them.

Created in response to the real barriers many people face after stroke — including health illiteracy, fatigue, aphasia, reduced confidence with reading, and unequal access to clear support — this unique workbook offers a calmer, more human way to engage with recovery through accessible education, gentle mindfulness, and meaningful activity.
