Strong Conviction

He’s out of prison.

His targets are set.

And she’s one of them.

Elizabeth Strong had hoped after all this time, Steve Robinson would leave her alone. But his message is clear.

He’s not only coming for her; he also has his sights set on another woman who refused to testify against him back then. But since recently being made an unwilling accomplice to Robinson’s current criminal empire, she immediately goes to Elizabeth for help. With at least one dirty cop in the Silverton Police Department, and Detective Martinez being relegated to desk duty, the stakes are higher for both women this time around.

As the dangerous cat-and-mouse-game is just beginning, can Elizabeth and Martinez find a way to clean up the local police department and finally extract Steve Robinson from Elizabeth’s life for good? Or will she be plunged back into the path of the destruction that’s been following her for the past six years?

Book 3 of the Elizabeth Strong Series

The Elizabeth Strong Mystery Series deals with topics that may be sensitive or triggering for some readers, including but not limited to domestic violence, sexual assault, abuse and other criminal activity.

I've always been drawn to the thrill of a good mystery, probably because I've lived through a few of my own. But more than that, I'm passionate about seeking justice and giving a voice to the underdog. With firsthand experience in the criminal justice system, I craft stories that go beyond the puzzle, diving into the struggles of those who fight to be heard. Whether it's uncovering secrets, chasing down leads, or piecing together puzzles, I write what I know and with a deep belief that justice, no matter how elusive, is always worth chasing. When I'm not weaving words from the cobwebs in my brain, you'll find me immersed in true crime, championing causes I believe in, or exploring places where the best stories hide in the shadows.www.emhandly.com or www.kcturnerauthor.com Find me on socials @edahandly
