The journeys taken by these characters reflect upon and challenge cultural barriers, generational gaps, and societal expectations and seek liberation from them in every instance. These stories travel across continents and sometimes happen in the most insignificant place imaginable with one common trait – chance encounters with strangers. While they sometimes happen quietly, they are powerful and serve as a bridge to transformation and a means to triumph.

About the Author

Kaustubh Erande is an Indian fiction author. He has earned a master's degree in Management from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater. He lives in Bentonville, Arkansas, with his wife, daughter, and dog (Omaha). "Stuck in Time" is his first book and short story collection. Follow him at @kau_writes on Instagram.
