Stuck U. (Paperback)

Paperback. The world is changing at a phenomenal and unprecedented rate. Most of us feel like we can't keep up. It's requiring us to think in different ways and do new things to approach novel problems. Our world is screaming out for us to be powerful and highly adaptive. This "Pivot Power" is demonstrated by embracing and enacting choice over thoughts, feelings, and actions and is measured by the ease and flexibility of embracing and enacting that choice. It's about managing new experiences, changing circumstances, fresh information, and the stress that emerges in calm and tactical ways. Stuck U. is the roadmap and the support system necessary to bring you to the major leagues of Pivot Power. If you're like most people, the word "change" elicits fear, or at least a healthy dose of anxiety. When things are the same and predictable, we feel safer. We know what is expected of us and we can act accordingly. To considering changing anything, we require some measure of confidence and calm; knowing that things will work out okay. If you have mastery of your personal power, you will welcome change more readily. You will be a guru of change; not fearless, but courageous. Sound inviting?
