Welcome to RTR by M&M, a veteran-owned small business run by Michael and Melissa. We’re both registered nurses who have spent our careers caring for others, and Michael is also a retired U.S. Army Reserve officer with more than two decades of military service. That background has shaped how we approach our business: with attention to detail, honesty, reliability, and respect for the history behind the things we sell. What began as a small resale venture has grown into a genuine interest in finding and preserving books with a story. We especially enjoy discovering books from private collections and estates, including military history, American history, biographies, vintage books, signed and inscribed copies, and other unusual titles that deserve to find the right reader or collector. Some of the books we acquire have histories that go far beyond the printed page. Whenever provenance, inscriptions, signatures, or ownership history are known, we work to document those details carefully rather than treating the book as simply another piece of inventory. Every book is personally inspected and photographed by us. We strive to describe condition accurately, including edition information, dust jackets, markings, inscriptions, signatures, and any flaws we observe. We also package our books carefully because we understand that a collectible book arriving safely matters just as much as finding it in the first place. RTR by M&M is ultimately a small family business built around the idea of giving worthwhile things another life. For us, books are especially meaningful because each one already has a history — and we enjoy helping it begin its next chapter.
