Hardcover with no DJ. Green cloth boards white lettering on front board and spine. No date on title page. Copyright page dated 1943. Stated Second Printing June 1946. 382 pages. Very light rubbing to front and rear boards. Shelf wear at top and bottom edges of spine. White lettering on front board and spine is neat and legible. Bookplate on front attached endpaper which reads "Ex Libris Charles Reid". Pages are evenly toned and tidy. Binding strong and tight. Very Good condition. Priority mailing is for a Flat-Rate envelope, with tracking included. If the book does not fit into a flat rate envelope, we will likely need to request extra shipping costs from you, in order to put it in a box. We only charge the actual amount of shipping, so we hope you'll understand that it's just a matter of getting the book to you without taking a loss on it -- shipping is a service we happily offer without a 'handling' charge.... but we can't afford to charge you less than the cost of the stamps!…

Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
If you'd like tracking, please let us know before you place the order - We're happy to do it but it costs $1 extra because it means we have to print a shipping label for it individually, slowing down the shipping process considerably -- and we want to be able to keep basic shipping costs as low as we can.
