Very Good. Trade paperback, Fraser Publishing Company edition of 1982, fifth printing 2003. The back cover carries yellow highlighter marking across part of its surface - the seller examined the book in hand and confirms this is highlighter on the back cover, not a liquid stain. The interior pages are pristine: clean, white, with no highlighting, underlining or writing anywhere in the text. The front cover is clean with only minor edge wear, and the binding is tight and square with all pages secure. No library markings of any kind - no stamps, call-number labels, card pockets, date-due slips, barcode stickers or withdrawal marks. Printed paper covers as issued, no dust jacket called for.

Store description

This season taught me a good book can shape how a child sees the world. Every title I choose has to engage young minds to think critically and navigate this world with real understanding. Every book has a story — but it only means something when a child lives it. Why Papa Duck? I was "Uncle Duck" to my nieces and nephews for years — duck pictures fill my office, Mallards are my favorite. When my grandson arrived last year, the family asked what he'd call me. There was only one answer. CPA by training, teacher by calling, homeschool dad by experience, Papa Duck by love.…
