Handsomely reproduced and printed by Meriden Gravure. This copy from the library of Kim Merker, with a bookplate noting "Compliments of the American Printing History Association," a typed letter to Merker from APHA noticing his support for APHA and enclosing a "premium" - likely, this publication.
