Chris Binion has served in ministry for over 30 years, helping pastors pursue God's vision for their lives. On September 10, 2017, he and his wife, Tracy, launched Encounter Church in Fate, Texas-driven by the mission to Love God, Love People, and Serve Our World. In 2022, after a 20-year career in financial services, Chris left banking to fully embrace his calling, now using his leadership and coaching skills to serve non-profits. An author and award-winning songwriter, Chris also co-founded the Pastor's Refuge to help pastors and business leaders rest, refocus, and re-engage.
