He also serves as the Director of Research and Medical Director of the Sacramento County Mental Health Treatment Center in Sacramento, California.

James A. Bourgeois, O.D., M.D., is Alan Stoudemire Professor of Psychosomatic Medicine, Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry, and Director, Consultation-Liaison Service, in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine.

Robert E.
