Study of solar chimney using different orientations of fins: Solar Thermal Engineering

This book is an outcome of successful experimental research on solar chimney using horizontal and verticle orientation of black painted aluminum fins to analyze various parameters associated with the performance of solar chimney. The solar chimney is considered as one of the passive technique to improve ventilation rate in naturally ventilated buildings. Work is done in various steps covering different parameters for enhancing the performance of solar chimney model. The performance of solar chimney is influenced by wind velocity and solar radiation.
