His most recent books are Aramaic Jesus: Tradition, Identity, and Christianity's Mother Tongue (Baylor University Press) and Berenice: Queen in Roman Judea (Yale University Press).
Deirdre J. Good is Professor of New Testament at General Theological Seminary, New York City. Her published works include Jesus' Family Values (2006) and Jesus the Meek King (1999).
