About the Author
Grover received a B.A. in journalism from Pennsylvania State University in 1964. He was a lieutenant (j.g.) in the U.S. Naval Reserve from 1964 to 66, and served as the Discipline Officer on USS Shangri-La (CVA-38).
Since 1989 he has been an adjunct instructor at the University of Maryland College of Journalism. He is also a member (piano) of Big Cam & the Lifters dance band, and is a founding member (1998) of the Blues You Can Use bar band.
