About the Author
Charles Mitchell is Professor of Law at King's College London, where he teaches trusts law and the law of unjust enrichment. His publications include The Law of Contribution and Reimbursement (Oxford: OUP, 2003) and Hayton and Marshall: Commentary and Cases on the Law of Trusts and Equitable Remedies 12th ed. (London: Sweet & Maxwell, 2005) (co-written with David Hayton). He is currently working with David Hayton and Paul Matthews on the forthcoming 17th edition of Underhill and Hayton: Law Relating to Trusts and Trustees (London: Butterworths, 2007).
Stephen Watterson is Lecturer in Law at the University of Bristol, where he teaches a wide range of private law subjects (all aspects of property law, advanced contract and tort, and unjust enrichment). He has contributed chapters to FD Rose, Marine Insurance: Law and Practice (London: LLP, 2004) and is the author of a number of journal articles in the area of private law. He is currently writing Concurrent Liabilities, which will be published by Hart Publishing.
