About the Author: Dr. Tiffany Jana (they/them) is the CEO of TMI’s Portfolio, a collection of companies working to advance inclusive workplaces. Dr. Michael Baran (he/him) is a social scientist and CEO of Iris Inclusion, a DEI consulting firm.
