Cliffs story is one of fabulous highs and then a self-destructive journey into alcohol which was close to breaking him on all levels. His journey into sobriety doesn’t then show a story of joy and achievement but one of serious mental health issues which again took Cliff to the very edge of living. Through massive mental strength and discipline Cliff has now built a new outstanding mindset and life for himself. He also coaches and speaks across the world sharing his journey of what he sees as an achievable, but hard, success plan based around simple steps of creating a new mindset and habits.

Now sober, he refuses to class himself as a recovering alcoholic as he sees it as an extremely negative term, he now manages and talks openly about his daily challenges with ADHD which he says he uses as a superpower to drive him to achieve more and more. Having now completed multiple runs and triathlons he is building his passion around ultra running and competing (against himself) in 100 km+ runs.
